Playing In The Glitter

I've been playing in the glitter today....
adding sparkle to some of my
favorite images for Christmas banners.

There's so much glitter all over me,
I think I even have it in my eyes.

I'm getting excited to pull out
the Christmas decorations
and start decking the halls.

Only one more week, and
the decorating fun begins!

And speaking of fun, Elyse
is having a sweet giveaway
to celebrate her new Lollishop!

And....Julie is having an amazing
Christmas giveaway!

Have a sweet and sparkly week!

hi debi!

thanks so much for mentioning my giveaway.

of course you know that i love playing in glitter, too. i especially like when an image will warrant use of a color i haven't used before, like brown or black, and then i realize how pretty those dark colors of glitter are, too.

it looks like it's always a pretty time in your studio!

Good morning! Glitter is absolutely the only way possible to improve upon those beautiful vintage Christmas images--glitter just makes everything better! I'm constantly covered with it...and very happy!

Hey Debi! I'm off on a trip but stopped by to say hi and "catch up". I have been picking up a few new Christmas things here and there and like you - am getting kind of excited about getting all the boxes out and decorating the house for Christmas. YAY!I'll be home and blogging again on Friday! I'm kinda going thru withdrawls!! :)
Hugs. Karen

You are definitely my kind of girl Debi!! I love glitter! Hubby told me tonight that I had glitter on my face. Son stopped on his way home from work and before he left hubby said, "You can tell you hugged your mother...you have glitter on your face too". lol

Hi Debi, hope you are having more energy this week. I love the look of glitter but I hate it LOL, I just don't like working with it, and I have some nice German glass glitters which I will send you if you like it :)
