Learning From Cassandra

Trying to get caught up on some of the cute
projects Cassandra is offering in her
Sugar and Spice E-zine.

This is my first try at the mini cupcakes.

I'm pleased with how they turned out.

In her February e-zine, she also showed
us how to make these cute fabric lollipops.

They look so cute in my kitchen!

Our first project this month was these
cute little 'cakes'. They're made with
a four inch paper mache box.

She had a cake box swap
with this project, so we made two
cakes. One for us, one for our partner.

This is the cake I made for my partner.

We filled the 'cakes' with little treasures.

This was a really fun project!

The next project was an Easter egg
decoupaged with fabric.

I decided to attach mine to this pretty
candle holder from the thrift store.

Check it out! Cassandra has some
really cute projects, and she does
wonderful step-by-step photos.

Have a great weekend!

Boy, I am looking forward to the days that will come when I can say good-bye to the 9-5ish world and be home where I love.
