She's Having A Baby!

My sweet blogging friend Sonia
is having a baby girl. She has
less than a week to her due date.

I had so much fun making this
dress for her new baby. This is the first
piece of clothing I've ever made.

And since every little girl should have
a crown, I made her a baby sized one.

Everything was wrapped in pink
and sent on its way last week.

Hope you're all having a wonderful weekend!

Well, if this is your first piece of clothing, kudos!!! Lovely job..and how fun that it was for a little girl!! Goodness how I remember having a little pink bundle to dress. I made so many pink rose bud pieces it was nuts. I would buy yards and and yards of anything with pink rosebuds. By the time she was able to decide for herself, she had had enough of pink...and dresses.....and is only NOW loving dresses again at age 32!!

Gorgeous work my dear...I didn't realize Sonia was due in a week..hmmm thinking cap on.

Morning Debi,

I just wanted to thank you for the sweet message you left on my blog. Unfortunately, I'm still sick, but reading getting better I'm sure.

Here's a surprise I found out after writing it. My husband ordered me a new camera so I can take better quality pictures! Turned out to be a very sweet Mother's Day afterall!
