Fall Marie Crown Swap

Terri is my partner in the Crown swap
in the Marie Antoinette Mail Art group,
and this is the crown I created for her.

Sugarplums & Snow

The children were nestled all snug in their beds....

while visions of sugarplums danced in their heads.

And for those of you who love the snow....

this is all from yesterday's storm.

My poor baby got buried!

Wishing you a sugarplum Christmas!

A Very Marie Christmas

These are the pages I created for a Marie Antoinette
4x4 fat book swap. I love these little books!

Christmas Decorating Continued

I've been moving a little slower the last few days,
but I'm still plugging along with my decorating.

I've been getting my jars filled with candy
that will probably all end up on my bottom! eek

Let It Snow!

We had a big snow storm last night. When I went
to bed about 3:00 am, we had at least 7 inches. All night,
I listened to branches snapping and falling from the trees.

This was the first of the four storms in four days
that have been predicted for us. YIKES!

It's Beginning To Look Alot Like Christmas

The snow is flying....

and the sugarplums are dancing.

The decking of the halls has begun!

A Sugarplum Christmas

Are you ready to be dazzled?!!

This is the cover of the holiday issue
of Sonia's beautiful Creating Vintage Charm.

And I am so excited and honored to be a part
of this beautiful issue. I will be sharing
my Sugarplum Christmas with you.

This dreamy issue will be available soon,
and I for one, can't wait to see what's inside.

You don't want to miss this one!

Pretty Mail

The only thing better than pretty mail
is the sweet blogging friends who send it.

The beautiful ladies who operate the Marie Antoinette
Mail Art group hosted a Halloween Gala a few weeks ago.

It was so much fun spending time in the chat room
with these sweet, talented women and getting to
know them better. There were contests held
throughout the day, and I won four prizes!!

This beautiful frame above was sent to me by Terri.
She is definitely the queen of detail, and does
the most amazing layering work.

Melanie sent me this gorgeous soldered necklace.
She always puts such pretty detail into her work.

She also sent me these pretty laces and flowers.

This sweet little inchie house ornament was created
by Rella, our site Queen. I also received two digital
collage sheets from her. Not only is she mega
talented, but she does a wonderful job running the site.

The Gala was a fun-filled day, and the prizes are beautiful.
Thank you ladies!!

Then, I was surprised to receive this pretty tag
from Carmelina. She is such a sweet soul, and
another wonderfully, talented blogger.

Thanks for making my day Carmelina!

And then.....this adorable little clothespin doll arrived today
from Elyse. She is such a sweet and generous
lady, and her beautiful personality shows
in everything she creates.

Thank you Elyse, you're a sweet friend!

I'm so thankful for the opportunity to be a part
of this beautiful community of bloggers. I
appreciate all of you who visit my blog.

Making A Royal Mess....

I finally got my room cleaned up last weekend....

so I could start on another fun mess!!

I'm working on a project....

that I'll show you more of when I'm finished.

My Morning Cup

Okay, so technically, my morning doesn't
start until afternoon. So, I guess
this is actually my afternoon cup.

And since I don't do coffee, mine is hot chocolate. mmmm

With a heaping spoonful of hazelnut creamer.

I don't know yet what I'm doing today.....
but, it will involve creating.
