Marie Dress Form Tags

These are the beautiful tags I received
in the Marie Antoinette Dress Form Tag swap.

This pretty dress form was created by Kris,
and I love the beautiful beading and trims she chose.

Stephanie created this beauty using lace fabric,
beautiful trims and flowers.

And, Laura laced up the front of hers
and added beautiful flowers and embellishments.

The detail in these dress forms just makes me swoon.

I love swapping with the women in the MAMA
group. The talent these women have never ceases
to amaze me, and I feel it is such an honor
to be in this wonderful and friendly group.

Thank you so much Kris, Stephanie and Laura
for sharing your beautiful art with me.

Valentine ATC's

I had fun creating these Valentine Marie ATC's for a swap.

They have my favorite things: roses, lace and bling!

It's Spring....

....in my kitchen window!

I found these sweet tulips at Costco
and couldn't resist a little spring fun!

Have a sweet Sunday.

In the Studio

This week, I've been cleaning and fluffing my studio.

Looking for pretty ways to display all the beautiful
gifts and swaps I've received from blogging friends.

Being surrounded by so many beautiful treasures
makes me smile and inspires me to create.

I'm almost finished with my fluffing,
and then some serious creating will follow.

Playing Re-Dress Up

The Christmas decorations are finally put away
and I've been having fun 'redressing' the house.

I decided to create a little winter vignette
on my livingroom coffee table.

The pretty pink rose dishes were given to me
by my daughter and son in law.

Everything feels so wonderful after a good dusting and cleaning!

I still have more cleaning and redressing to do,
and then it's on to my oh-so-dreadfully-cluttered studio. eek!

Ooh La La

I see London, I see France....

These dress form tags have been a fun project
for a Marie Antoinette mail art group swap.

The swap has a lingerie theme, so I couldn't resist
making bustiers that 'pop out' at the bust.

I've been sick since shortly after Christmas,
so they took me forever to make. But, I
think I may be on the mend now. I hope.

I miss creating!
