Until several years ago, I was a lover of all things Halloween.
Maybe my loss of interest happened because I no longer
have children who want to dress up and trick or treat.
-or-
Maybe I'm just getting old and dull.
Whatever it is, this year has been a different story.
I'm loving the Halloween swaps I'm participating in,
and I have actually put out a few Halloween decorations.

I created these Halloween Gothic Arch pages
for a Marie Antoinette swap.

And this is the cover that will go on my book.
This Marie inspired Witch Hat was created
for a Halloween contest in the MA group.

I'm kind of proud of this one because I have
never made a hat before, and my sewing machine
was on the blink, so it is all hand stitched.

Who knows.....maybe I'll show up at the door
wearing my Witch hat on Halloween night!

Debi- If you show up on my doorstep in that hat-I will whisk you inside, steal your hat, wrap you in toilet paper and send you on your way as a mummy~ and swear I never saw you-it wasn't me! That hat is a BEAUTY! Wonderful job! xo Diana

I too had fallen out of the tradition of decorating for Halloween but after seeing all of the great Halloween decor out here in Blog Land last year, I decided to do my Dining Room up in Halloween decor. If you have time , drop in to see what I did..
Hugs,
Debbie
